Section 11
Formation of the Council
: (1) There will be a Pragya Council to act as the executive body of the Pragya Pratishthan.
(2) The composition of the Council shall be as follows:
(a) Chancellor – Chairman
(b) Vice-Chancellor – Vice-President
(c) Among the nominated members of the assembly, including at least three women, eight people nominated by the Prime Minister to represent different castes, castes and languages as far as possible - members
(d) Secretary – Member – Secretary
(3) If the position of a member as per sub-section (2) clause (c) becomes vacant due to any reason, another person from the same category or sector from which such member was nominated for the remaining period shall be nominated.
(2) The composition of the Council shall be as follows:
(a) Chancellor – Chairman
(b) Vice-Chancellor – Vice-President
(c) Among the nominated members of the assembly, including at least three women, eight people nominated by the Prime Minister to represent different castes, castes and languages as far as possible - members
(d) Secretary – Member – Secretary
(3) If the position of a member as per sub-section (2) clause (c) becomes vacant due to any reason, another person from the same category or sector from which such member was nominated for the remaining period shall be nominated.
